New Halo 3 ODST video shows off the voice talent

Gametrailers has a 'video documentary' called Desperate Measures voiced primarily by Nathan Fillion (Mal from Firefly) as Sgt. Buck along with Adam Baldwin (Jane) as Dutch, and Alan Tudyk (Wash) as Mickey. This video introduces you to the ODST squad you'll be playing with/as along with some of the ODST weapons and the general plot in Fillion's down-home manner.

According to the IMDB page, Tricia Helfer (Six from Battlestar Galactica) voices a character named Dare and Joystiq is saying that Romeo is voiced by Nolan North (Nathan Drake from Uncharted).

That's a helluva a vocal cast lineup for a video game.

I had Halo 3 ODST show up in my goldbox today. I was never really interested in it but now I kinda am. It says there is a total of 1,750 achievement points. If I have already played through Halo 3 and got all the achievements and everything for it will I still be able to unlock 1,750 new achievement points for this? Or are 1,000 of those points for Halo 3?

looks good, always interested to know more of the Halo storyline and it will be fun to play as somebody other than master chief. Sucks that this will be Bungie's last Halo game though. Would like the whole cliff hanger ending of 3 to be resolved somehow and there is a lot of stuff that happens in the books that could be fleshed out etc, oh well.

i like the voice talent, i had heard about tricia helfer but not nathan fillion and adam baldwin.

hopefully they won't be wasted on another terrible story. (<--opinion. back off, fanboys)

Actually, Halo Reach will be the last Halo game from Bungie. The Halo universe will continue on with 343 Industries as new Halo dev for MS after Reach.

So there is potential of future games involving Spartan IIs' or IIIs'? Is that what Reach is?

It would be sorta cool if 343 Industries pulled off a good Halo game
