New grill, what temps should I be getting?

New Weber Genesis 320 grill. It runs on propane; I plan on converting it to natural gas soon since I have a connection at my house.

I fired it up with a new tank. At 10 minutes with all three burners I am seeing temps of 600F. Good/bad? I read this grill could get to 700F.
 
its going to very. it really depends on many things. but 600f ain't nothing to be worried about.
