If I'm not mistaken, did both ATI & nVidia miss the "Spring Refresh" they normally do?

Are there going to be announcements this summer of new chips that should be in cards by the fall? Also, I know ATI's XBox 360 chip is not going to make it to the PC but is nVidia's PS3 chip a potential next-gen part for PC's?

I haven't even heard rumors about the next wave this Spring. It feels odd. If anyone has any information, would you mind posting it?
