New Graphics Card, X800 GTO, problems

I just built my computer recently, with a Conroe 6700, 2gb of Corsair RAM in Dual Channel, a 600W OCZ PSU, and a Powercolor X800 GTO 256mb. Whenever I run games (particularly World of Warcraft) the GPU accelerator seems to stop and either the VPU recovery tries to reset it, or my computer just restarts altogether. This usually happens when I am using Windowed mode and alt tabbing between Firefox and WoW, however, it has occured without me ever leaving the game screen at all. On my old Nvidia 5900FX I could do this a hundred+ times and never have any problems.

I have tried the latest drivers, I have tried the drivers from powercolor.com and I have tried the Omega drivers, none seem to give any different results. I have even installed ATItools and run tests, but none of the clock/core speeds seem to be able to run without finding artifacts. I also installed a third party PCI-slot cooler next to the card, but even with it running on high, the problem still persists...

Does anyone have any recommendations, or should I be looking for an RMA?

World of Warcraft: Playing the game for an extended period of time may result in the game failing to respond when using a Radeon® X800. Further details can be found in topic number 737-22632

Where can I find this topic? I searched for it on the site, but it didn't bring anything up... does this also mean that I have to wait for another drivers update, for this problem to go away?

Thanks a lot for the responses btw, usually hard to get anything on these tech forums heh
