New Graphics Card Help

Hey, I have a HP p6230y mobo, 400w PSU, and am looking to up the video/graphic performance of my computer. My budget is roughly $150. A few of the cards that I've been thinking about:

SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card

and

HIS Radeon HD 4670 IceQ 1 GB (128bit) DDR3 HDMI Dual DL-DVI (HDCP) PCI Express 2.0 X16 Video Card Retail (RoHS) H467QR1GH

Any feedback for either of these two? Or even suggestions for something else?
 
I am not sure why you are comparing a current card with a card from 5 years ago. Are you considering buying the 4670 from a friend or something?

I don't mind helping you with this, but you may get more answers if you ask a mod to move this over to the Video Cards and Graphics subforum.
