New graphics card(100$ budget)

hmm, maybe I'll bite the bullet and pay a bit more. Luckly its not like my other hobbies where "a little bit more" for one part is a few hundred dollars. lol

Whys that? I find that hard to believe. Maybe it wont run it highest settings but I'm pretty confident it'll run it since my buddy with an E6750 plays BC2 without an issue.

Sorry, but that Tom's Hardware graph is useless. It's disabling cores on an i5, which isn't a relevant test for anyone, since it doesn't simulate any existing CPUs. Here's a more reasonable test: http://www.legionhardware.com/articles_pages/battlefield_bad_company_2_tuning_guide,7.html. Your processor would be equivalent to an Athlon X2, most likely.

For your system, a GTS450 is a great match.

Yes, because you will be CPU-limited. A 5870, which was used in that test, would not give you any higher performance in multiplayer matches because the game is so taxing on the CPU. Keep in mind that most (all?) benchmarks of BC2 have been done in the single-player game. That's fine for testing the limits of video cards, but it says nothing about how the multiplayer game runs. With my e8400, I cannot get over 45fps no matter how low I drop the settings/resolution. Don't expect to get more than that on your system, but at least with the GTS450, you can turn up some quality settings.
