New Graphic Card

I have NVIDIA Geforce GTS 250 on my desktop computer, it is a great graphic card, have no problems until now, but new games started to be quite laggy. What can you offer me, i like to be NVIDIA and i am limited to $200.
 
Are there any other, maybe better cards for this money, i think this GTX 660 i s the best i can find. What do you think maybe some AMD Radeon or no?
 
If you think the GTS 250 is a great graphics card, then your budget of $200 is overblown.. we first have to know your current PC specs, CPU, ram, Power Supply..
