15mhz core clock increase? You could push it more if the temps are not very high. I would try to keep the GPU core below 85*C.

Can't get any more voltage through it, so that's my hard line.

Faster than a GTX580M however 🙂

It's an MSI 16F2 barebone (closely related to the GT683R with the DX heatsink).

The 580M also has a higher voltage option but it's going to get a lot hotter lol.
