new GPU pixelated graphics

ok finally i settled with gtx 1650 but still graphics text are pixelated not smooth as they were on intel onboard 3000 so no use of spending money on gpu?
 
Sounds like windows is just set to a low resolution? That often happens when changing to a different GPU if there's no driver installed yet, then it just defaults to the minimum. (You can check the resolution by right click on desktop -> display settings)

no its default my 1920x1080
