new gpu high temperature

ok so i just got asus dual gtx 1660 ti i played battlefield 3 in 4k on 60 hz monitor through nvidia control panel but temperature went till 85 is it normal? i think if i had not closed the game it would have went more up i guess at 1080p 60hz temperatures are fine
