ok so finally I will buy gtx 1660 ti or rtx 2060 I have made a post on this already but I want to ask one question only will battlefield 3 and 4 run smoothly as they did with gtx 770 with my same setup below
i5 2500
seasonic x650 gold
asus b75m lx
16 gb 1333mhz ram
monitor is 60hz
i can buy rtx 2060 too to be future proof a bit

You will run these games at max settings with even a gtx1660 , it will run battlefield 5 at max settings also. The 1660 is easily 2x faster than a gtx770 or more.
Save your money for a cpu upgrade in the near future.

Na, 2500 is not so good for BF5.
But a cheap i7 2700k will be much better with BF5. It should work with your motherboard.
A used one should be about $70.
my current lcd is samsung tn panel 2233sw should i now buy tn or ips as ips has same 60hz tn could be 144hz but i want to enjoy uhd movies too 4k

144hz is good for very fast cpu's. 60hz is good for you.
If you want 4k for older games at med, high settings buy the gtx2060. The 1660 is too weak for 4k.
