New Google Forms!!!

The new google forms is one of the best things ive seen google do in a long time. Easy to use, you can edit and it updates the form immediately, and it actually works! It gives you embedded code straight from the share box. It took me less then five minutes to make and implement a contact for on my home server! I love when things just work out of the box!

I use Google Forums to email a survey to my end-users after a ticket is closed. It gets the job done well, puts all of the responses into a nice spreadsheet for me, and even links the ticket's number to my survey. Very cool service.
