new google blacklists (malware)

Are people submitting fraudulent claims, or rather, have you come across anything suspicious?

I was googling promise drives off of promise.com(HBAs) among other sites and got a bunch of google warnings. With so much talk about malicious software site submissions, I wondered why they are on the list.

Maybe adaptec or 3ware accidentally submitted the site of a competitor?

They should just get rid of the entire Google Malware warning system.
