For all the fans out there, you'll be pleased to know, if you don't know it already, that a new giana sisters game is almost there.

Release on the 23rd of October. WOOOOT

I can't wait for that game and I hope it will give me the same kind of feeling as I had back in the old amiga days :whiste:

I dont play alot of platform games, but this looks good.

I watched the youtube video you posted, and the old school jump sounds had me going.... awwww good old super mario times, and I got the sameish feeling looking at it.

The "twist" looks great and adds another dimention to the gameplay, like that agreat deal too, and the soundtrack sounds awesom.

That graphics are.... insane! how will this run on a consol? Youd want to play this with a controller.


Anyways big ups to the ppl makeing this game, think there is need of a decent new platform game (that isnt mario (should be space for more than one)).

I have an xbox 360 pad hooked up to my pc, and if it doesn't do the trick, I'll use my qanba q4raf. I use it on tons of plateformer (emulation) and it's great (even if it's suppose to be a fighting stivk)

I think the console port will be pretty much the same as the PC one.
It will realease on PS3/xbox360 a the beginning of next year, but I don't know exactly when.

Anyway I donnated on kickstarter when the project was first launched, and I will be playing it on PC on the 23rd of October.
I can't wait for this one. C'mon it's The Great Giana sisters. I spend so many hours as a kid on my amiga playing that game. I got it from my uncle who pirated it god knows where.
The game was a clone of super mario and was forbidden to be put on sale. I think nintendo even went to court about it. Then years later they ported it on the nintendo DS rofl....

But Know we have a real sequel, that looks awesome, with original abnd metal music.
I hope the feel of the gameplay will take me back to my amiga days.


Oh and I forgot to tell you that the musics are from the great, the giant Chris Huelsbeck, a God amongs old video game music composer
He's the one who made the musics for Apidya, R-type, turrican 1/2/3 (god those muscis), ofc the great giana sisters and many more.

Amiga fans rise up!!!
