New GFX 5600 vs Old - How to tell difference?

Well, so I'm shopping online (I like newegg.com) for a new video card. I'm interested in something semi-budget, such as the GFX 5600 Ultra. From reading Anandtech's excellent article, it appears NVIDIA has just released the updated NV31 chip for GFX 5600 cards. But, the question is, how will I know what I am getting when I order online? I don't want the old version - only the new. I noticed that some products from 3rd party vendors have "31" in their product numbers...but that might be a stretch on my part.

In addition, does anyone have suggestions as to which 3rd party brand to side with? I've preferred Leadtek or MSI in the past...so many more brands now since I haven't shopped for a new video card in quite a while (I currently have a GeForce 3 Ti 200 w/ 64 MB :( ).

Thanks for your help...
