new gf3 ti200 broken?

so i got my best buy geforce 3 ti200 today, but when i plug it into the agp slot and reboot, i get no signal from the computer at all on my monitor... the computer sounds like it's booting up just fine, but nothing's on the screen.. i replaced my gf2 w/ this gf3, so i don't think it's a power issue.. so is it just a bad card i need to return? any other ideas? thanks
 
I had a similur problem is the bios beeping one short beet and three long beeps? If so on award bios's that usually means that the AGP video adapter was NOT detected. Reinstall the video adaptor and push hard when you reinstall it.
