New GF3 Ti 200 question

I just got a Gainward GF3 Ti 200, and am wondering something before I install it.

I want to use the nVidia Detonator drivers, should I just install those first? Or do I need to install the drivers from the Gainward CD, and then the Detonators? Since won't I have to delete the Gainward drivers anyways? Or do the XP's go on top of them?
