Guys, received the CPU today, and it did come with a stock HSF.... will it be enough or should I invest in a better one.

I currently cool my CPU with a Corsair H50 Watercooling

Also, with some 2133 RAM, does the CPU run a 1600 and will auto (or manually) OC in synch with the RAM?

The stock HSF will be enough temperature-wise, unless your ambient room temperature gets abnormally high in the summer or something. Some people are bothered by the noise of the stock HSF, others aren't, that's entirely up to you to judge. I'd suggest trying the stock HSF first, and if you don't like it, upgrade. It should be fairly simple to replace in a modern case where the motherboard tray has a cutout precisely for that purpose.

RAM and CPU speed is independent on modern Intel platforms. All you need to do is go to BIOS and enable the XMP profile to 2133MHz, see the motherboard manual for info on how to do that, it should be easy.
