New Gaming Rig for $1000 in Canada

All right, I am piecing together a gaming rig for a friend. I live in Canada so no states pricing. Gaming will be done at 1920x1080, would like to futureproof as much as the $1000 budget allows. Need everything but a keyboard/mouse, monitor, and OS.

I have been looking at the following:
1. Intel I5 750 - $220
2. Asus P7P55D LE - $135
3. Antec Three Hundred Tower - $58
4. Powercolor 5850 - $300
5.
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W - $65
6.
OCZ OCZ3OB1600LV6GK 6GB - $137.50
7. WD 500GB Caviar Black - $57.99
8. Random DVD burner - $30

Total: $1003.49

The system will not be overclocked at first. Possibly later on down the road but i believe it will be stock for the time being. Is the 700W power supply enough for a 5850 and a i5? Am i missing anything? Anything you would change out?

Thanks everyone.

Looks like a great build to me. Don't worry about the PSU, it'll be fine for a 5850 and i5, even with OC.

Antec 300 Illusion. comes with the front fans, and the 640 gb platter by WD Black is better, Me thinks. No plans for sli/cfx ?

Looks like a pretty solid build to me. Getting a 3rd party cooler now for the CPU would mean less trouble swapping later.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone. I will most likely get the 640G black since the price difference is next to nothing.
The guy i am building the computer for is not computer savy in the slightest so there most likely will not be any overclock. As far as cf/sli i personally have never been a fan and a single 5850 will most likely keep him happy for quite a long time. I also have a number of other fans kicking around that i can add to the case to aid cooling if need be.
Does a 5850 fit in a three hundred?
Thanks again.
