Well I have one of those darn broadband routers that make it really annoying to host an ftp. For the longest time I couldn't figure it out but some people on the forums helped me out. I'm using Serv-U, it's pretty simple once you know what your doing.

In the directory access tab, give them the permission to list, but not to read. I think that'll do it.
