Question New Fractal North case - WOW

I love the wood on the front, if I hadn't literally bought a case last week I'd be jumping all over the white windowed version. I've never been a fan of how they seem to tint the windows pretty dark in all their cases. But I love everything else about it.

Looks really good to me. I’ve been getting tired of the giant black box look of my Define R6 but don’t like the typical ugly “gamer” aesthetic. Wish it was a little longer, max GPU length of 335mm is a little tight these days.

Black version looks cool:

They should just call it the Eddie Bauer Edition.

Its a bit too natural for me... with leather and wood.
I personally want a X4 Snowblind case, if it can fit all i need inside it like i am hoping it can.

There is the mesh version?

For me it doesn't matter since it will be placed under my desk.
The lights shine through mesh. Not opaque enough. It matters for me because my desktop is placed on the right of my desk and I rather not see anything. Mesh on the top won't cause much issue.

This North looks like typical Fractal Design but with a wood front - beautiful. But then they don't offer a solid side panel which is very unlike Fractal Design in my opinion. They have dozens of Pop SKUs but don't want to risk having 5 for the North.

Has anyone bought this case? I have a stupid question regarding the side panels.
Can you put the solid panel on the mesh/glass panel side if you remove the metal panel in front of the mesh/glass? It looks pretty symmetrical, there are cut outs for rivets that wouldn't line up but I don't see any rivets on the mesh/glass side to have that cause a problem.
