New Foxconn MB

Changed Mb, on an amd 3500. It's a foxconn socket 939. Installed the components (didn't change anything). 1gb ram, 40gb hd 6800gt vid card. Windows kept rebooting, so formatted HD, and did a clean install of windows. It still does it. My grandson's puter, he plays on it for an hour or so, and it just reboots randomly.
any suggestions?

Any new bios update from Foxconn? Changing the bios might fix your problem. Also can you please tell us the model of your motherboard.
