Is there any way I can request a new forum topic?

I would like to have a full-disclosure computer security forum. We can discuss the latest viruses and security vulnerabilities and how to resolve them. With all the holes in MS software being released, it would be nice to have a place to discuss this without all the other stuff that are in the other forums..
 
I'm fairly certain that "It Won't Be Happening," because that's what's been said by the AnandTech Moderator each time this very same suggestion has come up in the past. Needless to say, I think a security subforum of some existing forum would be nice, but unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever see one.
