new forum for virtualization, or general software

I think it would be a great idea to either have a "general software" forum or maybe just "Virtualization". Maybe "general software and virtualization". This for situations that simply don't fall under Windows, Linux, the other categories. Not sure if Virtualization as it's very own forum would be worth it, but it could just tie into the "general" forum.

Just an idea.
