I think it's time for a revamp of the forum list. Here's what I would like to see:

General Hardware
Mobile Computing
Cooling and Overclocking
Motherboards and Components
Operating Systems and Applications
Networking and Wireless
Distributed Computing
MP3 Players, Digital Cameras & Cell Phones
For Sale/Trade
Hot Deals
Off Topic
Politics and News
Religion and Philosophy
Science and Theories
PC Helpdesk
Forum Issues and Suggestions
Programming and Web Design

edit:
Darn, I forgot one of the more important ones:

Games and Online Gaming

Not gonna happen. What's the point anyways? Looks like all you did was rename a bunch and then get rid of the video and the CPU forum.

The rename is to change the theme spectrum of the category.

General Hardware merges with Peripherals.

Operating Systems merges with Software Applications.

Motherboards merges with Video.

Cases & Cooling merges with Overclocking.

Notebooks dumps off Pre-Buil/Barebone PCs back into General Hardware, then includes Palm Pilots, Blackberries, Tablet PC's and renames as Mobile Computing.

Programming becomes it's own category, but also includes web design (graphics and html).

Religion/Philosophy finally gets a dedicated category - ATOT is always complaining when those get started.

etc. etc.

GH
OS
TS
The small stuff
Programming
Software/Games
FI
FS/FT
HD
Politics, News, Religion, and other topics that easily offend
OT
misc electronics (mp3 players, cellphones, etc)
digital photography
HT

I like 'em, SagaLore. But put GH at the end so people might look through the rest first to maybe find another suitable category. And you could probably get rid of PC Helpdesk.

A lot of new members sign up for computer help. I just think PC Helpdesk is a more modern and recognizable category name than Technical Support. To me Technical Support is equivilent to Forum Issues.
