I believe if you don't want/need the extra stuff the SE trim based Focus HB would be around $19.5K. The sedan would be around $18K. A manual is available on the SE trim (it goes S, SE, SEL, Titanium).

It the Focus SE hatch shows up on USAA's car buying service (done through ZAG I think) for $17.6k.
