New for the Herd

I decided to do a little upgrading to the herd 🙂

I should have all of them up and running in about 10 hours from now.
Here is something I thought everyone would like to see however.
I purchased a new cpu yesterday. It's a new revision of the Thunderbird according to the serial number.

Can you tell me what's different about this cpu?

Look closely

WooHoo!!!!

New sig will be as follows
TBird 1.3 GHz, TBird 1.3 GHz, TBird 1024 MHz, Duron 1.0 GHz, P3 800.
The P3 being embarrased by this bunch has to go soon as well 😛

*DROOOOOOOL*

It has closed L1 bridges!!!!!!! Free OC!!

/me is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO envious!!!!!

WHAT A COW!!!! 😎

Nice "upgrade" SilverBack let us know how far you're able to push that baby 😉

With love and respect your fellow TA member

1338 MHZ is as high as I can get it, but I didn't really expect it to get much if any higher than my 1.1 GHz cpu.
The real test is when I get a KT133a motherboard to put it on.
I will then test and see how it will overclock compared to the 1.1 on a 133 MHz fsb 🙂

It won't complete tests over a 107 Fsb in Windows. I'm sure that will be a lot different when I can play with that 266MHz EVA bus 😀
OH BTW it's running 4.63 mkeys/sec 🙂

Hey toph99 & NicColt,

Why aren't you Ottawa guys in bed? You got dennilfloss disease or what? 😉

If my memory serves me correctly MadRat reported seeing one of these in a shop in Omaha a little while back and took a lot of heat for it. Sure glad he was right I have been waiting for this. Thanks for the Picture.
