After reading Anand's introduction on 10.1, I installed it on my machine. While it does what it's supposed to do, I see aliasing issues. I wasn't sure if it was just me or the new nVidia driver doing something wrong but my friend who has ATI card also has same problems.
Just check the above link and look at the screen when it says "PIXAR." With 10.0, it's nice and smooth. With 10.1, it's quite jaggy.
