New firewall, outgoing traffic

I was a bit surprised to discover that outgoing traffic in the new firewall is allowed (at least with the default settings). Is there any way to block this? I tested by setting up an SMTP server and sending mail out on port 25 (a common virus technique).

If you disable the outgoing traffic on port 25 nobody will be able to send mail
