It's also available at www.mozilla.org. They haven't updated the product information or release notes pages yet, but the download links on the new page do point to the new binaries.

*sigh*... i wish they would list what's changed in 0.9.1 and 0.9.1 instead of grouping it all together. Or if they've done this, then at least place it on the site where it's easily spotted. I don't really see much of a need to upgrade to 0.9.2 from .9 at this point

Exactly, the 0.9.2 fixes a security flaws, so it is important to upgrade firefox or apply the patch on it.

Good post. I like Firefox, but it kept locking up my computer. I'll see it this upgrade solves that.
Good to know

Another release? Well, as long as it installs over my 0.9.1 and keeps my extensions, I'm happy. Thanks for the head's up!

If you don't want to risk blowing your settings or extensions, you can just grab the shellblock.xpi file on the extentions site. It is the reason there is a 0.9.2 instead of a 1.0...

BTW, the person that asked "is this a beta" - they are *all* betas. That's why they are not at a 1.0 release. If you want to avoid beta, switch to full Mozilla.

I just came to the same conclusion...

Anyway, thanks for the heads-up OP :)

Agreed. This thread needs a sticky and the OP edited to reflect the fact that 0.9.2 is a fix for an exploit.
