I have a wavemaster... with stock fans and heatsink was running at 35 degrees idle CPU...

Just took out the rear stock fan and replaced it with a 80mm Antec blue led fan and put one blowing out on the top.(there wasn't one on the top before). Anywho, now it runs 2 degrees hotter idle...

Have a Athlon64 3400+(stock heatsink) , also my rear case fan on full load only gets to about 1100 rpm and 900 rpm at idle....top one stays at 2600 rpm... Just confused thought it would make it cooler...

I use Asus Monitor(is it known not to be as acurrate???)

Yes, it's extremely off at times, I've got an A7N8X-X mobo with an nforce 2 chipset, and once after adding RAM, my temps went up, now they're normal, it's prolly just a coincidence, your imagination, or el nino' :p
