New fan for Xigmatek 1283 HSF

Wanted to get a better fan for my Xigmatek and was hoping someone could offer some advice. More focused on cooling than noise but still don't want a Delta fan. Thanks.
 
Everything I've read recently pointed towards the Gentle Typhoon as one of the best fans for use on coolers, both air and water.
 
Just get a PWM delta and call it a day, you can then(if your mobo allows) program the speeds so its not loud or only loud when you really need it.
