New Fan and P160 Question

I have the antec p160, and from what i can tell, the ball bearings on my fan are messing up. Anyway, its the front fan. Problem is, that fan is mounted. How would i change the mounted fan? Should be as easy as unscrewing the screws, but im not sure of the width or anything.

Can anyone make any suggestions on a relatively cheap fan (or two) that is QUIET, and would fit that mount? Thanks!

I have 1 (intake and exhaust) Vantec Stealth 120mm fans, no problems yet.

Heres a question, alot of times, the intake fan increases temps or doesnt do anything at all. im assuming this is because sometimes the rooms temp is greater than or equal to the cases temp, no? in times like those, i just turn it off. its like, wtf.

i have no idea where to start looking for a quiet 120mmx25mm fan. Anywhere i look its so broad, and i dont even know enough about fans, and sometimes they label their specifications wrongly.

I recommend not putting in another front fan and just leaving it as a passive intake. I got better temps by 2-3 degrees when I had no fan as opposed to when I used a Vantec Stealth there.

Case temps lower than room temps? According to the laws of thermodynamics, this could happen only if you have active refrigeration inside the case. I'd take with a grain of salt any report that omitting a front fan makes the computer cooler. The fan will make it noisier, but anything that increases air flow through the case can only make it cooler, not hotter.

Well, it's certainly not because the case temps are cooler than the room temps. I'd guess that it somehow affects the airflow in the case so that air is not passing through the case the same.

I'm not sure that I can explain it further without more details, but it's clear that a computer, when actually powered up, cannot possibly be cooler than room temp without active refrigeration. The very best that could conceivably be achieved would be a case temperature equal to room temperature. This situation obtains because the electromechanical processes occurring within the computer are all exothermic; none is endothermic.
