Hi All,
I am going to start a new EXTREME diet starting tomorrow. I am going to try this for 1 week.
Since I need some Motivation to keep it up, I'm going to post updates here.
Here is the diet:
10 Large eggs per day
grilled fish, a vegetable, and a baked potato (no toppings) for dinner
1 multivitamin
all the water I can drink.
Currently, I weigh 209 lbs at 6'3.
I was reading Stallones 10 questions a day posts at AICN and he said that for Rambo II, to get lean, he ate 10-12 eggs per day, so I'm gonna go 1 week on the Rambo Diet!
EDIT - Revised Diet, found out that I over estimated how many calories 1 egg has.
