New EXTREME Diet!

Hi All,

I am going to start a new EXTREME diet starting tomorrow. I am going to try this for 1 week.

Since I need some Motivation to keep it up, I'm going to post updates here.

Here is the diet:
10 Large eggs per day
grilled fish, a vegetable, and a baked potato (no toppings) for dinner
1 multivitamin
all the water I can drink.

Currently, I weigh 209 lbs at 6'3.

I was reading Stallones 10 questions a day posts at AICN and he said that for Rambo II, to get lean, he ate 10-12 eggs per day, so I'm gonna go 1 week on the Rambo Diet!

EDIT - Revised Diet, found out that I over estimated how many calories 1 egg has.
 
Thats atmost a 1000 calories (unless 1 vegetable serving = several pounds) Even if you lose weight you will just put it back on the next week.
 
So you're going to consume about 1000 calories a day?

You're a fvcking idiot.

You'll lose about 3 - 4lbs but gain most of it back (or maybe even gain back more).
 
I googled calories in 1 egg and they have 148 calories, so 10 of those = 1480 calories, plus 1 veg about 120, that makes for about 1600 per day.

No, 1 egg is about 100 calories cooked.
 
Dude...you're going to fail miserably.

For one, you should EASE into a diet...going from what you normally do to an "extreme diet" is going to send your body into a fit...not to mention that you're going to gain all the weight back that you lost sooner after you finish the diet.
 
yea i'm sure he did this diet for a week before he filmed all those shots without his shirt on, and probably later that day, he gained some of it back.

these kinds of diets are not permanent, they are temporary, and they really aren't that healthy either.
 
I'm not doing it for any goal or long term thing. I just want to try it because it'll be hard, and I like to challenge myself to do weird things.

psshh 10 eggs a day isn't extreme. This last Saturday I had a dozen eggs for breakfast and some toast- which is one of my 6 meals a day. I'm guessing Stallone including 10 eggs in his diet to keep his muscle mass while trying to slim down his fat- eggs are very good protein.
