he just looks and acts young.

with his money, if he wanted to take some responsibility, he could do some real good, but he wants to just sit and whine all the time.

he's using his money to smuggle in drugs, his gf has to go BEHIND his back to commit HIS money

shoot if i had his kind of money and that much desire to help, i'd find a much more legitimate channel to funnel much more of my money into the whole project.

But he's using his money for some kind of good, no? She never made it known that he could "donate" money to her whole fund, and after she totally denied his patient access to her program why should he have bothered giving her money when he was worried about his own patient?
