New Epox 8K7A Bios adds 1/5 PCI divider

Only PCI

so at 166MHz, your pci is runnung at 83MHz (from 66MHz)

Actually, it even has a 1/6 PCI divisor...but no DDR ram or AGP card will take those speeds. I was able to hit 195FSB and even 200FSB with this bios though...
