hi, i've just RMA'd a video card i bought from newegg.com and i think they are shipping me a ups shipping label to stick on my box to rma it. Is this correct, do i actually NOT print the rma shipping label from my home computer, i just ordered one, and they will ship me a label to ship them a product back?

seems kinda wierd, just checking to see if anyone has ever done this before, and if this is standard protocol.

any advice would help a bunch, oh and sorry if i've posted this in the wrong category, i didnt know where to put it.

thanks, jared

ah, figured it out. i was like wtf, had to wait to see if it was coming or not, but i just got the email that says i can print it.

sorry a bit confused there. hahaha

Does Newegg.com pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, Newegg.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, Newegg.com will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the item back to Newegg.com, Newegg.com will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge. Newegg.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
did they specifically tell you they were sending you a "UPS ARS" label? if not, i think you need to ship it to them on your own per the above
