New Egg Open Box Items?

Anything I should know about these when considering buying them?

I'm guessing they are reputable since its Egg, but just want to check...

Never mind, this makes me not so happy:

"Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or Newegg.com) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law."

They usually give you a short return period - accys may be missing (generally the closer the price is to a new one, the more likely you'll get everything. However, I did buy some Asus mobos from them and got only the mobo itself.
