New ECS K7VTA3 won't POST

I just got this mobo from newegg and have set everything up as follows:

Mobo: ECS K7VTA3 ver. 2
Processor: Retail Duron 1300 Mhz
Memory: crucial pc 2100
Hd: Maxtor 40 gig
PSU: 300 watts antec
Video: ATI pci video card

At first, it would startup, then would beep one very long, then stop and then go again. The beep no longer happened when I changed the jumper from 100 mhz FSB to 133 FSB. It now just starts up all the drives and fans, and just hangs, not showing any video or giving any beeps.

I am totally stumped on this, and will prob. call their tech support to see if there is anything they can do.

Try reseating the Video card and the RAM. If that fails, try another video card if possible. Make sure and try the boot process with only minimal devices hooked up to the board. That includes only one stick of ram. Also, the duron runs at 100 FSB, not 133 (unless you are trying some sort of overclocking), so set it back to 100. Since you are early in the build, take the time to go through all your connections, one-by-one very carefully to be sure all is well.
