I got this e-mail this morning:
<<Dear eBay User:
We have updated several of our servers to provide you with a faster, more efficient service. However, as a result, we need you to verify your eBay account. This is done to assure that no one else has access to your account or your private account information.
To verify your account, please visit our eBay Verification Page
You will have 48 hours to verify your account, at which point you will be unable to log into your account. None of your data, such as items you are currently the winning bidder on, will be lost, but will be inaccessible until you have verified your account.

Thank you again, and sorry for any inconvience this may have caused.

It is a complete fraud - this is not from eBay!! They ask for your PayPal information and credit card info too, so don't be an idiot like I was and actually submit your information. I had to change all of my passwords and cancel my credit card, and according to a thread I found buried on one of eBay's forums, I can look forward to lots of porn and spam in my inbox in the near future.
I shouldn't be allowed on the computer without copious amounts of caffeine. And yes, I know I was stupid, stupid, stupid.
