Very cool work.

/digression: You see, precociously clamoring for embryo destructive stem-cell isolation methods might not just immoral, but also disengenuous - we keep finding more and more ways to make cells that don't come from killed embryos to do very interesting things.

I'd be worried about the longetivity of the new organs created from those cells.

edit: but sure as hell beats nothing at all.

Just because we don't yet understand the process doesn't mean that the technique doesn't work. Take antidepressants for example. Scientists still don't understand how they work, just that they do.
