New DFI mobo and ram- UPDATE

I just got a DFI Lanparty UT Nf4 Ultra-d and OCZ 2x1gb performance series 400mhz ram for my 3200+ venice. Everthing seems to be running fine, but I noticed my computer says its only 1gb ram with both sticks

I'm running everest and it says each stick is only 512mb@200mhz T1

each stick should be 1gb@400mhz T1, right? I'm I running in single channel?

The DFI bios is very confusing to me, could somebody help me find the single/dual channel selector to see if I have it set wrong?

Any other suggestions are welcome

400MHz is the actual DDR rate. In terms of FSB/LDT, the correct speed is 200MHz.

If you load performance defaults it will run in dual channel if it's possible. As long as the DIMMs are in the same-colour slots (preferably orange) you will be fine.

What BIOS version are you running? Version 623-2 seems to have the best memory compatibility. Flash to it and see if it works.

Yup, I checked the part number to the OCZ website-

Newegg sent me the WRONG RAM!!!

I'm so pissed!! Oh, well I already called Newegg and got it ALL figured out

They even gave me free shipping for the RMA'd wrong RAM and the new RAM!

Plus I decided to bite the bullet and get Platinum OCZ EL instead!
