I know there is some talk of them being fake....but I don't think they are....check em out here

I've installed them and they seem fine...have not bench tested them yet though. ;)

The 27.XX drivers greatly improve D3D performance, especially on DX8 games. Check out my 3DMark2001 score...

You couldn't get me to try those if you payed. I finally got this system stable after fighting the dreaded infinite loop bug for quite a while.

I tried them and they seemed slightly slower in Unreal and Serious Sam but slightly faster in Quake3. Also until the refresh rate fixes are updated all drivers above the 2742s are stuck at 60 Hz in Windows 2000/XP.

The 27.XX drivers greatly improve D3D performance, especially on DX8 games. Check out my 3DMark2001 score...

3DMark is not a game nor does it translate into real world performance in any way. Do you have some real game benchmarks that showed a performance boost?

I have had to go back to 27.42. The 27.51's was giving me a BSOD. I keep getting an "nv4_disp.dll" error!!

Ah well 27.42's work best for me to date.

errr I hate this error... I have the 23.12s from windows update and it still does it once in awhile.
