New desktop build

I've got about $500, maybe $600, to build or buy a new toy. I play games like Skyrim, Diablo, and Assassin's Creed. I don't need a keyboard, mouse, or monitor. I plan on hooking it up to a 42" flat panel TV. What can I build or buy for the money that will do the job?

My current lisense is for XP, so yes.
