I've done some searching and have come across programs like CCleaner and PC-decrapifier. Is that the best way to clear out all the bad stuff?

I've also read you can manualy install all the extra junk through the control panel.

Lastly re-installing vista, if I did this would I have to redownload all the drivers that were installed when i got the computer, in order for everything to workcorrectly?

What is the most efficient way as well as easy if possible as I am not the best with computers, and what if I am not provided the Vista Cd?

Thanks for your help.

Also an offtopic question, what is the best way to calibrate the screen upone arrival of the computer?

There is no software program that will clean out the bloat ware that comes with a new OEM PC. You'll just have to go threw the add/remove programs list and take out what you don't need.

The screen will not need calabrating.
