Very unlikely. Try tomorrow and see. Or add your desired configuration to your cart/wish list today and add a coupon tomorrow.

the coupons won't work with dollars off, percentage off, outrageous deals etc etc items. They only work for fully priced items ... which make the coupons fairly useless ... tho sometime you can get good deals with them.

No, adding to the cart today just saves you time tomorrow and let's you see if the price change (Dell is known to play those games). It won't make a coupon work if it is not meant to.
