I would change the HDD to WD80JB with the 8MB cache. Otherwise looks good even with the Maxtors.

One thing you can check on is any reviews on your said hardware . Here are a few I found on the net.
Abit KX7-333
ABIT Geforce 4 TI4600
Creative SB Audigy Platinum eX & Inspire 5300 Speakers Review

With the type of raid your running you do understand that if one of your drives fail then you've lost all your data ?

I see from the list of hardware that money doesn't seem to be much of an option :D always nice to have that feeling if at all possible .

The only thing I personally would change would be the DVD and CDRW drives , my preference for DVD would be a Lite On drive and my burner would either be the same or a Plextor.

i'd change the HD to WD1200BJ.
one 120gb with 8mb cache is much useful than getting 2 hds in stripe.
for security reasons... and less resource.

in terms of speed... i'd imagine that it'd be very difficult to tell which is faster in real life.

and look for P4 configuration rather than Athlon XP.

go for 32x lite on cdrw.. you can possibly o/c that thing to 40-48x.
and i don't know about that wireless keyboard.
