lol, someone or crytek or whoever made the images must of overlayed the gun. Beacuse if you look between the gaps of the gun, even the background is the same. So someone has definatly done that, nice find. I'm guessing you noticed that after tabbing through with firefox 🙂
 
I was thinking about buying a 6800 GT for a quick fix from my 6600 GT, but I don't think it would make much differance 🙁.
 
well even if a 6800gt wouldnt be the smartest choice to be blowing cash on, 16 pipes vs 8 pipes maybe OC'ed to 400/1100 makes no competition.
 
wow, those are stunning..... they got to have some kind of prototype LN2 cooled Quad Crossfire set up to power that at any decent res....look at all the vegetation!
 
It must have been cropped out of one image and placed in the other, becuase like I said above, if you stare between the gaps of the gun you'll see the actual background itself doesn't change at all.
 
They still can't make indoor areas look as great as outdoor though. They had this problem with the first Cry engine used in FarCry. Nevertheless, this is still amazing. 🙂
 
anyone know how to set the wallpapers? When i right click anything, the image just minimizes to its original size, does it require a dl? do you have to be a member? WHY is it in german!?!?! aaarrrggghhhharraghghhfhhghghghghg!!!!!!!!!!1
 
hehe not knocking the graphics at all but..

Having worked on the flighdeck I can spot some problems with the carrier renders. 😛 It doesn't look like that on the inside of the ship. The kneeknockers are missing. The "fly" yellow shirt should say "fly 1" based on where he is standing, could be "fly 2" maybe since he's kinda close to the sixpack. They wouldn't launch that f-18 with those purple shirts in that position in the catwalk, especially with no cranial. There are no white lights on the flight deck at night either.

k, done nitpicking. Looks great, can't wait to play!!!
