I'm seeing pretty decent gains on my 128GB. Also have a 64GB, will update that over the weekend.

Nice gains here too! Good of Crucial to give a free performance boost.

PCMark Vantage HDD Suite went from 46850 to 52753.

M4 128GB here with a fresh install of Windows 7 64bit on an AMD SATAII motherboard (time for an upgrade). No idea what happened with the 512K numbers.

I'm actually not seeing any improvement (mildly less than 0002 actually), but it could be because I cloned my c drive over to this one. My speeds are noticeably less than everyone elses here. I suppose at some point I should take the time and do a clean install.

I really should have bought one of these when they were on sale a few weeks ago. Even though I'm on Sata II at the moment it would still be a huge performance increase over my HD's.

Firefox 6 still has the memory leak AFAIK. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. Firefox 7 is supposed to have addressed it, but unfortunately the FF7 beta is still buggy.

So happy I switched to Chrome when FF was still at 3.something. Amazing how they haven't fixed that yet.

Oh. Firmware running great! Not going to bother with benches.

@demo24, check for proper alignment, and re-run the windows experience index to prompt windows that it is running on a ssd now.

Do you have to use a cdr burned to apply this? Or can you use a flashdrive if bios supports booting from it?

If you have a program that can burn a bootable ISO to a USB drive, then I'm sure it will work fine.
