I just checked Windows Update on both my server (Running Windows Server 2003_ and my workstation (Windows XP), and there is no such patch available to me on Windows Update on either machine. It might be because i keep my system up to date as is (I usually go to WIndows Update a few times per week).

I have been getting this stupid SWEN worm about 400 times a day for the last week, and it STILL isn't dropping off.

I have no personal risk of infection, but I have to delete mail twice a day to keep under my 5 MB limit.

People who don't have enough sense to run antivirus programs, at the very least, shouldn't be allowed to use computers at all :|

I have never run any virusscanner, yet I never had a virus that originated by myself, I had nimda, and some other minor quiblings cous I'm on a lan and all computers R shared towards eachother, one stuipid fool (read: mother) opens a virus and infects the lan, since then I put virusscanners on every comp but mine, that way I'm virus free again, to prevent virusses, all you need to to is have common sense, and get security updates.
